Buy Prochlorperazine Prochlorperazine is an anti-sickness medication and belongs to a group of medicines called phenothiazine. It is used to treat and prevent the sensations of vomiting and nausea.
What is Prochlorperazine?
Prochlorperazine belongs to a class of drugs called phenothiazine tranquillisers. It is used to treat and prevent nausea and vomiting caused by morning sickness, vertigo, motion sickness, problems with balance after the use of general anaesthetics, and nausea symptoms due to migraines. Prochlorperazine is also used to treat some forms of anxiety.  This medicine is available on prescription and is available as a liquid, tablets and as an injection (usually administered at a hospital). Prochlorperazine can also be purchased in tablet form from a pharmacy without a prescription- only if there is a record of a previous diagnosis of migraines.
How does Prochlorperazine work?
Prochlorperazine is taken in low doses to treat nausea and vomiting. It works by blocking D2 dopamine receptors in a part of the brain called the chemoreceptor trigger zone. This stops the dopamine receptors from sending messages to the vomiting center of the brain, which causes  the sensation of nausea and vomiting.
Prochlorperazine dosage and how to use it
When taking prochlorperazine, it is essential to follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions on how, when, and how much to take.  The dosage of prochlorperazine varies depending on each individual case. For adults, 5mg is usually taken two to three times a day.  Dosage for children aged 1 to 17 years old is based on their weight.  Buy Prochlorperazine tablets come as either a standard tablet (5mg) that you can swallow whole or as a tablet (buccal tablets) that dissolves between your gum and upper lip. Buccal tablets (3mg) work best when taken after meals, and standard tablets can be taken with or without food.  If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember; otherwise, skip your missed dose and take the next dose at the usual time. Never double up on doses.  If you overdose on Prochlorperazine, you should contact emergency services immediately as it can be dangerous.
